Therefore, it is non-refundable (Tabby and Tamara deduct 7%, Visa 2.5%, Mada 1%). All our products are exclusive and made by us, and all items on the website are our own designs and photography. So be confident that we adhere to the highest quality standards. If the customer does not receive the shipment, we are not responsible for its return to us, and it will be shipped to you again at new shipping costs. No modifications are made to the designs. The product is shipped to you after confirming its safety and compliance with quality standards.
